How much love did you give your DVX today?

[William_Robinette]

Well?

1.5 hours basically messing with scene settings.

What did you do today?

[Brandon Rice]

Nothing actually... but I was editing HVX footage.

Show off.

[Mark Harris]

I don't count it in hours, but in the number of tissues used...

heehee

[Scott F]

I gave 'er good head cleaning the other day.

And post those scene settings if they're any good!

[Rick Meyer]

Hey Mark...you still using the DVX or have you moved onto HVX?

I love my DVX but sometimes I yearn for the High Def....but my yearn is quickly quashed when I realize how beautiful that DVX image can be...

[DBoz699]

Sat with my HVX which i still haven't given a name to yet, messing with scene files, trying to get the best noiseless image and trying out that framerate "hack". Its cool stuff.

DVX is a cute little toy next to an HVX. I still use it all the time, esp when I am doing multi-cam SD shoots and I use the DVX for shooting rehearsals and stuff. But there is simply no comparison. I've always thought the DVX was kind of cool and all, but the HVX is the first camera I REALLY like.

[Rick Meyer]

Hmmm...I have two DVX cameras. I've often thought about selling them and spending the difference for the HVX. But last month having two cams to shoot a corporate video was a real time saver.

I'm suer those of us still on a DVX don't think it's just a "cute toy" :violin:
