Dabbler.ca - something for everyone
My fiance finally had enough of getting up at 4am to go produce a local morning show and quit her job. Now she's taken her producer talents to the web and started her own blog basically featuring the same stuff she did before but for herself.
The videos are shot with a DVX100A using a Sennheiser G2 wireless lav and a Libec tripod. Editing is done in Premiere, graphics in photoshop and After Effects and everything is exported through Flash to our custom FLV player embedded in the site.
We're hoping that the content is interesting enough and brings enough interest that she can do this for a living. After all, without a TV station with all it's crazy policies and corporate responsibilities (not to mention sponsor issues) to weigh you down she's free to do pretty much whatever she wants. Thus the pole dancing vid ;o)
We're currently shooting almost every day and plan to put up new videos every other day.
if you like what you see, please spread the link and help a fellow DVXUser make something worthwile with the DVX.
