Tired of using Duck Tape!

So, I have just read almost all of these threads on how to create the perfect 35mm adapter. You know what? I think I got one BUT how the heck do I attack the lens to my adapter tube? Is there a Nikon or Canon attachment that i can use to glue it to the rest of my 35mm tube? Where do the guys that do the Letus, Redrock, Brevis get their attachment that locks the lens to the adapter? Is this something they sell at B&H Photo?

Anyone can guide this confused soul?

most of the 35 adapters you mentioned have custom maching done. you can either use Cokin P filters or something similar to attach your mount to the tube. super glue or screws might work. snodart used a screw on lens cap and drilled a hole in the middle and mounted the mount to the cap with small nuts and bolts. there are a lot of ways. i currently use the Nikon Br-3 for my adapter.

Ours are made specifically for the Brevis. In the case of the micro-collimating PL and OCT19 lens mounts, they are now locally made in our own CNC shop. This gives us much more control over quality, and also allows compensation for a rather disturbing lack of uniformity in some of the lenses out there.

Hey Dennis....your adapter looks pretty sweet. I am confused though. Does your adapter only costs about $150 bucks o purchase? Am I missing something here. That would be way cheaper than me trying to finish my adapter.
