Questions about After Effects plug ins working in Premiere

First off I know the plug ins work in premiere, but let me explain what happened. I had issues with my quicktime that restricted me from using my after effects. So I had to put all the plug ins in premiere to use them (obviously). Anyway, know that I have my after effects back, I don't need to use the plug ins in premiere but I still want to. What I am asking is there a way to utilize the after effects plug ins in premiere, without copying them in premieres plug in directory (I don't want them in two locations because din't want to waste the drive space. I only ask this because I recently edited something in premiere and used the coninuim complete plug in and the shine plug in, now it's probably going to mess up because I took it out the directory right? Also, when you use the dynamic link, and let's say you used a plug in after effects, didn't render the footage out and just sent the footage in to premiere with the dynamic link, is there a way of controlling those plug ins in premiere, will the footage even have the plug in applied. I know it's alot of questions, I'm just straped for internet time.

Most of the plugins are so small, if you are worrying about drive space, you cant forget about doing video!

If everything is working in premiere, just copy them back. You'll use, what, a meg, maybe 5?

And this thread really needs to be in the after effects or premiere forum.

No, not worried about drive space, I just thought it would cause an error because of the similar directories, I'll just copy and paste. Any how what about my other questions: Also, when you use the dynamic link, and let's say you used a plug in after effects, didn't render the footage out and just sent the footage in to premiere with the dynamic link, is there a way of controlling those plug ins in premiere, will the footage even have the plug in applied.
