Hey guys, I value your input very much from this forum... That' being said, we have the green light on a commercial spot. The ad agency wants the final peice to have the "white cyc wall studio" look. But..... There will be some motion graphics coming into play. Going behind the talent, ect. We will be using a camera crane/dolly and have a lot of different movement in this peice. Now the question I have is....
Would you shoot this peice blue screen/greenscreen or would you use a white studio?
My assumption would be (since there will be some mo-graph that comes in and out from behind the person) to shoot it blue/green screen and then I use some tracking points on the blue screen to get an accurate track. With this, I could key all out and still get the white look but also get better look/more accurate w/ the motion graphic movement.
If my thinking is flawed, please let me know... or give me some insight if I might be leaving something out.
Thanks
