1.73 & 2.0 gig laptop?

Will I see a major difference in performance between a 1.73 and 2.0ghz laptop?
Both have 2gb ram, 120HDD, 256mb graphics (128 dedicated). I'll add on external hard drives.

I'll be using Vegas 7 mainly with standard dv and some HDV.
Also Photoshop CS3 for stills?

Any advice?
 
there will be some diff obviously - but it wont likely be anything significant.
like 2 seconds faster on a 30 second render
