Sound Proofing an Office space

What are some great websites and/deals, helpful hints to help sound proof a typical office environment? Just one office room, carpeted, panel ceiling. Primitive, cheapo suggestions are more than welcomed.
Thank you much

Firstly there is NO CHEAP way of soundproofing! Second, are you wanting to keep the exterior sounds from coming into the room or keep the interior room sounds from leaking outside, or both? If you just need to dampen the sound a bit you can add some acoustic foam to the walls. The problem with most office spaces is the ceiling. It is usually a drop ceiling so sound will travel through it easily. If you explain a bit more what you are using the space for it may help for suggestions. Also is this an office in a building with multiple levels or a 1 story building with a lot of rooms?

sorry for the lack of info.
it's both, keep the exterior sounds from coming into the room and keep the interior room sounds from leaking outside.
It's a multiple story building with multiple levels.
This room is our little video production area in this company's office building. where we do both voice overs and video shots in here. There is a hollow sound inside and we can hear people closing doors just outside the room.
For most of our recordings we use a boom mic.
I figured sound proofing wasn't cheap. I also figured someone may had to improvise at some point and discovered a neat trick.

Buy or construct a small voiceover booth. Trying make your typical office with false ceilings into an acceptable VO room is probably a lost cause. Most of the offices I have been in have very loud HVAC systems which pretty much make recording impossible. Without knowing more specifics it is difficult to get you on the right track.

RE: OC703 : Putting this on the walls provides needed mid and low absorption which will help the room sound more even, but it does very little to prevent sounds coming in or getting out.
