betting my dvx on curlin in preakness

hopefully i'll be able to upgrade to the hvx after today.

i want street sense to win, but i've got a bad feeling curlin will benefit from the smaller field of horses and outrun street street sense down the stretch.

Well curlin is probably street sense's biggest competition. I dunno, I think that steet sense has a good chance of winning, but he just doesn't give off that "superhorse" vibe that barbaro, afleat alex, and point given have as of late. This will be his biggest test that's for sure.

during a brief power outage, my tanning booth experienced a slight malfunction. forfeiting a darker base, i instead gained the mildly impressive ability to foretell insignificant events of the immediate future.

Actually, that was an incredible pick on your part. I thought when Street Sense passed Curlin that he would win. It looked like Street Sense gave up/faded during the last few strides. Then again, Curlin gave his all and was able to catch him. Great race!

I sure would like to see another Triple Crown winner.
