Vignetting Mask and Green Screen

[bansheeproductions]

Two Topics, Two Questions

1.) I was messing around with effects and I found a vignetting mask effect, now I cant find it anymore and couldnt find it in help either. Where/how do I do this?

2.) I shot a video for a 'weather report' in front of a green screen, and I can't get it to look decent at all using both Chroma Key and Chroma Blur, advice?

1) You can use a cookie cutter with a blurred edge.

2) Need to see some screen shots, before and after.
