Seperating audio and moving titles

I have two unrelated questions and this seems like the right place to ask them both.

First, I recorded some footage using an external mic and the internal one. How do I seperate these in post. Or can I even do that?

Second, is there anyway to put motion to titles (i.e. scrolling from left to right and stopping or fading out in the middle)?

These may have been answered before, but I thought I'd ask again.

You duplicate the audio track, then right-click on one and choose "Channels." Choose "Left." Choose "Right" for the other.

In the Media Generators, there are various types of scrolling/fading text. Or, you can go into the Placement tab of the Text generator and keyframe the position of the text so as to scroll from left to right, and use fades on the title itself on the timeline.
 
Thanks. I got the audio part to work, but the text is something different. The only movement I have is a scroll from top to bottom. Am I missing something? Sorry, I'm a bit new to this. Also, I don't fully understand what you mean when you say "keyframe the position...". Can you explain this to me in a little more detail.
