35mm Adapter APEFOS (from Ebay or Apefos.com)

I am in LA, be glad to do the test, especially since I have owned and M2. I am also geting a Brevis (my choice for my new 35mmadaptor) this coming Tuesday. If Bruiserbox is up to it...
 
After complaining publicly it would only be fair to at least try it.
I agree it is disapointing to have a scratched glass but for that price! I personnaly would not mind as long as it doesnt show in the image. But thats just me, i m cheap.

Hoping to see some footage!

I agree , over 1600 hits for this thread. It's no surprise that Adriano at Apefos changed his approach. Great advertising right here, and for sure a bunch of potential new clients. Somewhereinla, since you are in L.A. that would be cool if bruiserbox let you test it out

that's pretty messed up if that's true. i'm sure bruiserbox will let us know later if he doesn't get a refund.
 
I don't think Bruiserbox is chiming in anymore, when people play head games with you, you tend to get worn out. It's probably not my buissness anymore, but I usually take offence when I see injustice. Adriano will probably get sued for fraud, it's not surprising he went from being an ashole, to his "I want to please everyone here" attitute. I'm latin american so I don't want anyone telling me I am misunderstanding a culture. Adriano is giving latin americans a bad name, and that's why I was on his case from the get go.

I am new in this issues but bruiserbox sent me an email with the instructions to do the refund. I follow the instructions but the refund cannot be done online. Paypal has deferred the claim. I called paypal by phone and paypal asked me in the phone to send a new authorization. I sent fax to paypal with my signature to authorizate the refund and an email with a scan of the letter with the signature. I sent the new fax with the signature for authorizate the refund and the email too and now we have to wait paypal to do the refund.

In this case I am refunding without have the product back. But I will not authorize paypal to refund without have the product back after this case because I am redesigning all internal parts of apefos and reviewing all the construction process to be sure I am shipping perfects units from now. The new apefos generation will have new design parts and will be tested carefully before shipping by me. If other buyers ask for refund they will need to ship the product back and receive the refund after.

Allright Adriano, hope you solve all this, cause I feel foolish getting involved anyfurther. Aleast you are being smart about overhauling your' system. Over and out for me cause there's to many brocken telephones, and I almost feel bad I ever chimed in. Atleast some good things may come out of a slippery situation

Paypal respond the authorization of refund and says it can take thirty days to process. so we have to wait. Read the response from paypal:

Dear Adriano,

This Automatic Notification is to inform you that we have received your
email response, and that it has been forwarded to a representative for
review.

Once our investigation is complete, we will notify you regarding the
outcome of your case.

Please note:

- Investigations may take up to thirty days to complete

- Replies to this Automatic Notification will not be processed

Please, let me work in the redesign and cosntruction process now. I need some time to show the new results for this forum and for the buyers. The new shipping will be done after this redesign. Thanks

Observation about fax scaning: my sign is not in the scaning because I will not put it online. Paypal received my signature. Thanks

Where to get that Brevis or those other brands? This apefos is not welcome in my bag... especially after this story and found the looks to much DIY...
 
Apefos is over. paypal asked me to refund every buyer and close my account. Last night I worked hard and did the redesign but now I authorized all refunds and stoped the production. Now i will try to find another job. Apefos is Patented. If some company wants to buy the Patent, ask me. Thanks.

i think thats sad it looks like a good product. i think we just saw the death of a good product in its early stages, i do believe apefos was wrong in how they treated christian but getting shut down should not be the punishment. good luck everyone in this thread including apefos.:(
