Price of ingesting HD tape for NLE

Anyone have any basic prices for what people charge to convert dvcpro HD tape to non loss for an NLE?

Just looking for a ballpark figure.
 
Heh, I typed that kinda fast.

What I meant was that I wasn't looking for down converting, but a no image quality loss ingestion from HD tape, to digital for editing on an NLE, so I can then export from the NLE for a master.
 
I'm guessing that you mean digitizing the footage to a drive that you take back to your edit suite. Most companies will charge their standard per hour editing rate. Some companies charge a lower rate for log and digitize. Since editing rates vary from facility to facility a ballpark figure would be meaningless. For example: anywhere from $50/hr to $350/hr. I suggest you call the post facilities in your market to get a more accurate estimate.

You could always rent a panasonic 1200 deck for about $300 a day or $1000 a week and then injest the footage yourself via firewire
