What's happening with Magic Bullet and DVX Book offer?

I bought my DVX100b on the middle of February 2007, I registered my rig with Panasonic Rebate Center and received my $500.00 check already, but the DVX Book and the Magic Bullet Software none. I sent an e-mail to Veronica Burks from Panasonic Rebate Center and I was told that the software was out of stock, but it would be shipped to me in two more weeks, has been passed over a month and nothing yet. I've sent a couple more e-mails to the same person but I don't receive any answer back. Does any of you are in the same situation like me?
I thought this people from Panasonic were more trustable folks, now I feel disappointed with them.:kali:

I also brought my dxv100b and they received my rebate form on 2/28/07. The 8 weeks is on the 28th of this month so let's see if I have the same issue. You may ask the Adult Reference in your library to order both the book and DVD in the meantime. It may take about a month for the library to obtain and get it to their patrons to check out. So far my library has been able to purchase and let me take out Training DVD's for Vegas 7.
I hope this helps you hang in there a little longer.

You know what,

I never received my DVX book either, although I never thought much since I could get all the info I needed off this site (although sometimes it would be cool to read). I bought mine from B&H way back in March of 06, got the rebate but not the book and software.
