FCP 514 with 60i footage for Slo-Mo on a 23.98 Sequence

FCP 514, 23.98 timeline w/ 60i for Slo-Mo out of DVX.

I couldn't find this info in other posts, but sorry if I didn't look hard enough to find it.

Shooting 24PA and want to do Slo-Mo the 60i way. It's my first time trying this so I am wondering how shooting 60i for Slo-Mo, and then slowing it down to desired speed... how will that clip look on a 23.98 sequence?

Should I conform the 60i footage to anything? I guess in general, what is the best workflow in for what I am doing (besides doing true variable frame rate shooting), 24PA timeline w/ 60i footage for Slo-Mo?

There's a way to do it with Compressor too but the link I show doesn't work anymore.
