Black and White movie with color

Can a black and white movie transformed in a color movie using Vegas? If yes can anyone explain me please how to do it. I have tried Color Corrector but you can't get all the colors done. It gives the movie a certain touch but still doesn't look like real color movie
 
I don't know of any way to do that unless you key out a certain shade of grey and put another color underneath that layer... It would probably look pretty horrible.. Unless you are going for some crazy (like heat vision) colors... :)
 
Never mind, I found out how to do it but it is going to take me probably a huge amount of time to achieve what I want. It is a frame by frame process and it is not even worth it. Thanks anyway
