Best place to buy lighting kits?

Walmart! Not joking. I just bought two different sun visors for a car and they reflect TONS of light. Probably not what you are looking for, but hey, out in the field these are ideal!
 
You might want to consider buying used. I've gotten great deals on solid gear both here at DVXuser's marketplace as well as on e-bay. I try not to pay more than 50-60% of retail.
