sign on a building

[TheMacB]

i'm trying to make this building say "EASTBORO ANIMAL HOSPITAL" and have it look like its really on the building. but this is the best i can come up with. I need it with a transparent background so i can stick it over the video. is anybody good at this stuff?

there's a night shot and a day shot. here's a grab of each with and without the terrible sign that i made:

any help would be Greatly appreciated.

That doesn't look bad, but I'm sure it's a little different in motion.

[Shaun Patrick]

is there motion in the shot or is it just static?

the camera doesn't move. and nothing goes in front of the sign.

in the day shot the guy gets out of the car and takes a dog from the passenger seat and goes in to the vet's. in the night shot he comes out of the vet's, sits on the ground, and then walks out of the frame to the right.
