Accidentally shot some scenes in 24P instead of 24PA..HELP!

So I shot a film mostly in 24PA but seem to have accidentally shot some in 24P. So now while I can get most of the footage looking good with 23.98 frames, the other clips won't play well unless they're on a 29.97 frame timeline. I've tried using Cinema Tools to convert the footage, but when I do, every third and forth frame is messed up.

Below are examples of the images I get:

Is there any way to fix this problem and save my project from looking like crap?

Cinema tools shouldn't have any problem removing normal (2:3) pulldown. It also should handle advanced pulldown (2:3:3:2). Not quite sure what the problem is.

If you post a couple seconds of dv footage with motion (so the interlacing is evident), maybe someone could take a look at it and tell you how to proceed.

Cinema Tools is not intelligent about conforming 24p footage- it has to be shown which frame is the A-frame. Take a look at the manual for details on how this is done. There's a bit of a tutorial on it here:

I also show how to do this step-by-step in one of the video segments on my DVD.

with these situations
i've had some luck tweeking with the natress converters
http://www.nattress.com/
but it has been my experience that some sort of compromise/loss
takes place when you are having to convert...
