Opinons needed on logo.

I'm having a difficult time deciding on our final two logo for our company. I need everyone's input. Which is better? Thanks!

ps: both logos still needs some fine tuning but it's either rectangular or circle.

Definately rectangle. Maybe tone down the reflection or cut it all together. Looks great.
