I SPENT ALL DAY SUNDAY VIDEO TAPING B-17 AND OTHER WARBIRDS FOR THE CONFEDERATE AIRFORCE. WE NEED ANYONE WITH A SONY HDR SR1 OR SIMILAR 1440X1080i HIGH DEFINITION CAMCORDERS TO HELP US DO AERIAL SHOTS. THAT'S RIGHT, I HAVE BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION TO FLY AND CARTE BLANCHE ACCESS. THIS IS NO JOKE. RSVP ASAP TO GLENN ANTHONY 480-266-9066!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dankk2:

Obviously neither of you two teenagers know anything about videography. And I have several hours of B-17 WWII footage. If you don't own a SR1, don't comment. Noob means "new body." It comes from the Marine Corps term in VietNam. Of course, you would have to be a veteran to know.

I was just saying... post this in the jobs section.

And make your first post a little less bombarding to the eyes.

This isn't a job. We are doing a documentary. You shouldn't be a critic when you don't have all the facts. If not interested, move on to the next blog. Job section, no. I am not paying anyone for the privilege of flying in a T-6 (similar to a P-51 mustang) along side a working B-17G bomber. This is not for kids. It is $3000.00 an hour just to get the B-17 off the ground. I am a professional and am offering an opportunity to adults/dvxusers who own HDR SR1 type camcorders. Enough said.

Yes, they did use that in Vietnam to describe new arrivals, but...

Also, doesn't noob look and sound like an abbreviation of newbie, as in one of a lesser skill than others?

Just clarifying things up here, we want our facts to be correct now.
