photoshop EXTREME make over (check it)

What do you guys think? I just started photoshop. Took me about 30 minutes.
 
Looking at it again I forgot to do a final sharpen on the right eye.

I changed her face with liquify, did a ton of color correcting to certain spots, made teeth brighter, whites of eyes brighter, changed eye color, smoothed skin, raised eyebrow.

I actually made her facial features look slightly Elisha Cuthbert-esque, IMO. Actually I think its just the eyebrow. Also face is slightly oversatured compared to the neck.
