Most disturbing movies you've seen?

There was a film made a few years ago, called Dreamcatcher. It had Morgan Freeman in it, so I figured it must be good. Boy was I wrong... that's the most disturbing movie of all time. Even thinking about it is making me nauseous.

Uh, what?

That movie is like Sesame Street compared to most of the other titles in this thread. It was stupid and the toilet aliens were nasty but what makes it the most disturbing movie of all time????

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I didn't remember it being that bad. And I don't like "disturbing" movies. At all. Maybe I'm forgetting something.

barn scene in Excorcism of Emily Rose
Good grief, tell me about it. I was appointed the video store guy at a party with some friends and they still haven't forgiven me.

Seriously, every time I offer to pick up a movie the women shriek and say no, remember Emily Rose?

I gotta agree though. That scene was absolutely bloodcurdling horrific.

She was awesome in that, the different languages, being different figures through-out history. I'd better stop, bed time!

The Untold Story.

I love shocking and violent movies (or, at least I feel a compulsion to subject myself to them) but the violence to the children in The Untold Story I found difficult to watch.

The most disturbing movie I haven't seen: Cannibal Holocaust. One day I'll get around to seeing it, but I'm pre-disturbed.

I just watched THE most disturbing movie i have ever seen. It is actually a documentary. Having lived on the west coast my whole life I had no idea.
The fim is......Jesus Camp.
Scary.

Oh. my. god.
I said the same thing. We were talking about the scary movies out and how they were all not so scary, I showed my friends the trailer on Apple. We all agreed that this was the "scariest" movie of the year. I couldn't sleep for two weeks. Just kidding. I couldn't sleep well for the next two weeks.

I remember the Exorcist freaking me out when I was young, best sound fx ever. Now don't laugh but the scene in Robocop 2 where the bad robot goes into the baddies warehouse and shoots it up used to freak me out too.

Now prize for the most disturbing would go to a crap movie where some freak takes 'advantage' of a mentally challenged incontinent woman who's in a wheel chair. Probably the only movie I've been disgusted by. Does anyone know the title, it's killing me now?
