[Nik Manning]

Okay my wife is interested in getting her real estate license and she wants to know what is the best and/or fastest way to go about getting it. I heard that it was possible to take classes online anyone have any info about that? Thanks

You will need to take a licensing exam (Just Google "Real Estate License"). The hard part about real estate is making any money off of it; so comparatively getting the license isn't that difficult. Most agents make no money or do it part time.

Look at that site; it has some information on education requirements. I think as long as the online courses you're talking about are accredited, then they'll be OK to use.

if your in jersey, you have to take a 3 week course, pass the school exam, than go take the state exam. I tried it, failed it, and didn't really care for it...
