istockphoto.com - anyone used stuff from there?

I´m looking for a sunset shot to use in a little infomercial.
Since it is still winter without much sun here, I thought about using stock footage.
Now I have some problems understanding the licencing system involved,
I think my english is OK for everyday use, but for legal stuff I´m not so shure about it...
My question: can I use the footage from that site commercialy (non-broadcast, but internet and DVD) at the low rates stated or do I have to buy an extra licence for that?

My web site developer used pics from there for my website, but I don't know the legalities of it all and I doubt he does either. You might want to email them with questions.

Try revostock. You can use the footage commercially under the basic license up to 500,000 copies. (No extra license needed) They also have subject matter groups called Media Boxes for easy searching. here are two that include sunsets:

I've used quite a bit of iStock stuff. I read through all of the agreements...in short, as long as you're not reselling the image as stock, you are OK.

istockphoto is great. Some nice stuff in there you won't find elsewhere.
