PiP mixing with other effect

I cannot seem to use the PiP effect (to zoom into picture) with oter effects.

I try to zoom into a portion of a clip and then use the Chromakey (which works amazingly good in 4:2:2), but I am not allowed either way. I can´t drop the keyer when I resized the clip. And I can´t resize after I keyed it.
Is there a limitation as to which effects work together and what is the workaround?
 
ok, thanks. I got the HVX and Edius on friday, had a 2 day shoot and deadline today. All worked great. Only a few issues with getting used to Edius ;-)

Is it also normal for Edius to take long to save quicktitler titles? It seems to hang for a whole minute to save a simple title.
 
If you sequence the piece with the first keyer you can drop a second keyer on the sequence.

Use TitleMotion Pro. Quick Titler never worked for me anyways. TMPro is better. And doing as Sr. said will work. Do your pip create sequence, then drop that sequence on the timeline as a whole and add a second keyer to it.

Well, I have no TM. I had it before and have it in our Kiosk Systems ('Inscriber Infocaster) and don´t like it. I anyway do Titles mostly in After Effects, so for Quick titles I will use Photoshop for now and drop the tgas in the timeline. Seems faster.
