PP2.0 -> Is it worth the upgrade to SteadyMove Pro?

Hey guys... I have had pretty good results using the SteadyMove Lite Plugin within Premiere Pro 2.0 and wanted to find out whether or not anyone here has seen the difference between the built-in lite version of this plugin and the upgraded SteadyMove Pro version you can upgrade too. Is spending the extra couple hundred bucks for the Pro version worth it? Thought I would get some opinions before I plop down some dough. Thanks.

i personay wouldn't pay for steady move if you have After Effects. In my experience after effects does a much better job of stabalising your shots. obvously After Effects is much more expensive but you can do a lot with it and if you can afford it i would recomend that over steady move.
