Valentines Day is coming! What are you going to do?

Valentines Day is just under two weeks away! I am still trying to decide what to do for my wife to make it special day for her. This will be our first year celebrating it as a married couple. What are you all doing to do for Valentines Day for that special someone in your life?
 
No, no... just don't know... if I'll do something that fast.. we'll see :) no... everything's working out fine... just don't want to rush things.

valentines day is my girlfriends anniversary with her ex boyfriend so i'm not a V-Day fan... sometimes I believe she dwells over him on V-day

That sucks. V-day is my ex-girlfriend's birthday, so I'm going to feel pretty bad for not stopping by. She lives 168mi's away, whatever...old habits die hard!
 
Just drive to visit her... 168 miles isn't *that* far, ya know...

I'm thinking about going after work. It's only 2 and a half hours away, so yeah it's not that far. Go damn I hate these situations...I always end up feeling terrible afterwards, home sick sometimes.
 
I want to bring my GF to the same spot we went to on our first date, a small park. Get her a single rose (something about a single rose that's better than a dozen). But before I'd probably cook her a dinner. Dunno what.

Just it's so cold outside, the park idea may be a bad one, lol.

Why do they make valentines day in the middle of the winter? Doesn't give us much options when you live in canada.

This will be the first time I'm not dreading valentines day, cause I get to share it with someone special. :)

If I weren't with someone I'd probably just talk to all my single friends and be anti-valentines day and get drunk...
