Is Stuart Scott the unfunniest person in the universe?

I don't know if anyone here watches Sportscenter but as good of an announcer as Stuart Scott is, he is incredibly unfunny. Any time he engages in any non-scripted dialogue with his cohosts, it is akward and painful. He seems to have zero social skills. If I had a penny for every time I saw a cohost strain to put forth a laugh after one of Scott's awkward remarks, I'd be a millionaire.

Agreed. Followed by Richard Belzer. To me, that guy reached legendary comic status just because of his longevity. He is so not funny I don't even know how he worked AS a comic for so long...
 
Wow I'm not joking at all but Carlos Mencia should have been 2nd on my list infront of Dane Cook.

Mencia: "And then my grandma was like get over here, beaner!" *pause for laugh track/ignorant audience members*
 
The Chuckster is the best analysist ever, and their open gambling mentions on the show are second to none.
