Brass screw sockets?

I bought the new version together with the fs-100. All is well, I just can't figure out what the 4 brass screw sockets on the side of the unit are there for?

we will offer in the next monthes a range of different accessories for the BOX. The 4 brass screw sockets will allow to fix some stuff on the side of the box.

More about it in a couple of weeks/monthes when the accessories will be finished ;-)

Iam currently building an aluminium cage for the HVX, for Steadicam use, particularly low mode. I wonder if the plastic material of the Box is strong enough to let me use the Box as the lower part of the cage, rather than mounting the Box under a cage with a base plate? -I would then fix my Cavision rod system and the top part of the cage to the Box. Hmmm, decisions, decisions.:violin:

please contact me at the office (00498927818282) to speak about what you are planing to do. Could be that some of our accessories may be helpfull. In any case, the brass screw sockets should be able to carry the weight of the camera + accessories.
