Photography Challenge - Round One (redux)

Well after some initial problems with launching the Photography Contests again we are going to go full out and relaunch. Sorry for the change in subject but all the problems have been ironed out, you're given some additional notice and we're good to go.

This year we expect these contests to get better, bigger, and most importantly help all involved to improve their craft.

So without further ado... I bring you the New 2007 DVXUser Photography Challenge

Round One (Redux)
Shooting Dates: 01.30.07 - 02.11.07
Submission Deadline: 02.11.07 @ 11:59.59 EST
Voting / Comment Period: 02.12.07 - 02.14.07 @ 11:59.59 EST
Topic: Free Study
Topic Details: Any image, any shot, any subject... It is a complete free study so take your shot and turn it in... If you want to do macro, landscape, wide angle, HDR, headshots, still lifes, ect... Free study, open topic.

Details:
I. You may submit a max. of three images
II. All images must be shot during the contest period
III. You may post process in any manner you see fit
IV. All images must be 3MB or smaller
V. Upload information is forthcoming... but further questions can be posted in the thread below.

NOTE: If you submitted a fire image for the last contest you may also have that image work for this next round and it will not count against your three image maximum.


EDIT/UPDATE (02.05.07)

Upload Information

When you are ready to upload please follow these instructions:

1. Save file as USERNAME_FILENAME (if you are uploading multiple images please then use USERNAME_FILENAME1, USERNAME_FILENAME2, ect.)
2. Type up any txt document describing your image, process, or any information you want
3. Upload image and .txt file to http://www.stffilms.com/upload
4. Be patient, I hear it is a virtue...

Good timing -- headed out of town Thursday and hope to return with some decent entries!
 
Ok, I'm definitely in for this one. Zippo ideas at the moment , but I'll give my muse a kick in the &*$&!(+.
 
I'm going to take a camera out today and see what I can find. I'll do my best
this time, Jeremy!
 
I need a camera :( Been looking for a D50 for atleast 6 months on here, probably 8 months and not a single one.

Really? Jeremy was sellin' one a few months ago... I see them pop up from time to time... I am thinking about upgrading at some point, so if you're still looking for one then, I'll let you know.
