What's the deal with SGpro?

So after a tip from a fellow DVX user I checked out the SGpro website in my ongoing search for a new 35mm adapter.
As I looked through the website I was very imrpressed with what I saw. I looked through the Forums and found some great information and great reviews, but I still had a couple of questions, mainly about rods and support as it seems to come with it's own, and I want to be able to use my cuurent rods/ Mattebox if possible.
So I sent an email with a couple of questions via the website under the "contact" page and waited a couple days, heard nothing, sent another email thinking maybe the first one didn't go through, still nothing.

So here is my question, is this an actual legitamate product? I know a few of you around here have one, but is this company still making them?
If I can't find out a little information that isn't listed on the site about the product then how likely do you think it will be that I order from them.

I have sent emails to the following and always recieved prompt replies.
Letus (Queyen gets back to you in a matter of minutes most times)
Cinevate (Very prompt replies and very helpful)
Redrock M2 (Also very prompt and informative)

So please someone tell me if the SG is still a viable product and if it is indeed possible to buy one. I'm not online ordering through email if I can't even get a response by email.

not good when a new co. doesn't respond to emails. with that said, I think Timur has one of their adapters and he's in contact with the maker.

He's actually the one who refered me to them, so I'm hoping he might poke his head in hear and shed some light on the situation.

scharky,

Sorry, I have not checked emails for the last few days. We have just had a death in the family this week (my grandmother) so things have been a bit up in the air over the last few days.

I am getting on to answering all emails tonight. I usually do my emails every morning ;)

I emailed them this morning and they got back to me early this evening. I got all the information I needed. Prices, what I would need to order, estimated time of arrival and so forth. I guess the way it works is, I have to purchase/order the item and they'll have it for me sometime in March of 2008, I mean 2007... oops a little adapter hummor...
