i'd say so, for some of the movies he did.. Alexander anyone? Although i like Pacino's acting in The Recruit i didn't like Farrell's acting. S.W.A.T was dumb all around and I didn't like him in Daredevil...

that said he has had some good roles.... Minority Report, I've heard his acting in The New World was pretty good...

just my opinion though
