Want to Learn FCP? Check out these cool podcasts.

Very nice, easy to follow - great. Whilst so far I knew almost everything that you had on your tutorials, I still picked up some time saving tips with a couple of small things which is very useful.

Where in Australia are you Eliot?

I'm glad they showed you a few new tricks. They will get much more advanced as they go along so check back in often.

By the way, I did some tests watching video podcasts with my video iPod connected to a Sony WEGA via a DLO Home Dock Deluxe and it's really makes a difference using the 640 wide iPod mode rather than the 'classic' 320 wide iPod mode. Apple added the 640 wide iPod mode to Compressor in anticipation of AppleTV, iPhone and the 16x9 iPod we're still waiting for. Larger files is the trade-off, but 640 wide iPod mode is right up there with DVD quality.

For the quality obsessed there's always the option to deliver HD files via BitTorrent :-)

Thanks for these, they are a helpful refresher and you are fun to listen to.

Don't ever stop making them, excellent work!

This is a really good idea, I'm glad someone made these and made them right. It will help a lot of people and maybe you will someday replace film school!

Yeah, I like to do R&B the way it should be done. I'm planning on releaseing a whole apple pro training series album :)

Thanks Eliot:

This is great! I just purchased my 1st Mac at the end of December and converted to FCP from Sony Vegas. I will benefit greatly from your tutorials and am sure they will get me up to speed and enhance my FCP experience!

Regards,

Ray

Hey. Great to see a new episode online. Also I notice you have made it to number 5 on iTunes and are next to the Steve Jobs Keynote in the hot picks.

Keep up the good work.
