what is the best lense to use?

What makes a lens a 'prime' lens? Do these mount the same way that a 35mm SLR lens would mount?

Stay away from visual products for lenses. They are usually over priced as far as their accessories go. I made a mistake buying from them once(they are one of the biggest known sales for cam stuff for a reason but...). I'd go with ebay, or there are a couple other places on the net that you can find some for a good price. But you are going to need a PL mount adapter for your mini35(depending on what lens you get), because they don't fit 35mm SLR mounts unless they have been altered. Most will come in B-mount/Standard Mount/Aaton mount/BNCR/PL mount so you might need an adapter for them in addition to your PL mount for the mini35.

I've come across a few places on the net. Another place that you may not know about is Jimon.com. I just purchased a super fast lens a few weeks ago for a really really reasonable price, god damn was it reasonable. I don't know about his PL/Aaton/ect... mount stuff but his prices are pretty good. He's based out in Burbank. I had to go to his condo/apartment check out his stuff( I made an offer to him over a lens he had on ebay and met him at home...he he he). So check that out and see what you can get.
