My friend is beta testing the unit right now. I just had a look. A rectangular thin piece of metal goes into the Express slot, from it, a short thick black cord goes to the plastic palm-sized pcimia card reader. You put the p2 in, it pops up on the Macbook Pro, importing a clip in Final Cut Pro is now a breeze, 5-7x faster than doing it the firewire camera method. Sometimes after ejecting the card you have to restart the computer : ( You also have to remove the express card piece after you remove the pcimia card, in that order.. They're working on these problems I was told. I wish I had one of these suckers. They're going to sell like hotcakes whenever they're here. I hope its before that communist red camera makes its debut.
