Hello, I'm fairly new to video and have been hanging around here for the last few months obtaining some info on 35mm adapters for our HVX200
I thought I wanted a M2, but I've been in contact with them over the last week and seems they are part timers. I mean, I send a email and get an answer the next day and respond as soon as I get it and then a takes another day to get a response. What should I expect if I have a problem after the sale?
It seems that none of the manufactures will list a phone number on their web site for you to call. Is this normal are should I not be concerned and just send my money and wait?
So to the question, is their a 35mm adapter company that I can call, ask questions, and order ?
