Yes. Any Zeiss ZF mount lens will work - great. I have a M2 and a zeiss 85mm ZF mount and it is great. Obviously the image quality is great, but another side bonus is the focusing ring is alot smoother and has a longer throw than nikon still lenses. I also have 2 nikon digital still bodies and although I like nikon lenses more for use with the still cameras, the Zeiss is a perfect match for the M2. I will proabably add the Zeiss 50mm at some point.

Do you have any stills/footage taken with the 80mm you can share, if I'm not asking to much. If I am, no problem.
