You apparently haven't seen the milkgirls footage, have you?

I agree. The purity in the highs/whites is something I've only seen in film. You can see this in the milkgirl's faces, too.

I used to prefer the "organic" grain of film, now it just looks muddy/dirty to me. I like the controlled "clean" grain of video.

To me the milkgirls footage looks like a video that came off from a digital photo camera with 6 to 9 megapixels. But not to underrate it, it is spectacular and amazing.
