Evil Knievel sues Kanye West over video

From what it sounds like, Mr. Knievel appears to not just like rap music claiming the video used his image to bring "filth" into the world. The video/song Touch the Sky is nothing but inspirational and has none of the characteristics of a dirty rap song.

“That video that Kanye West put out is the most worthless piece of crap I’ve ever seen in my life, and he uses my image to catapult himself on the public,” the 68-year-old daredevil said Tuesday.

As far as the filmmaker involved in the lawsuit........I am a HUGE Chris Milk fan. His work is amazing! I aspire to be a music video director after college ,and he is a role model of mine. I even have his autograph! Knievel needs to chill out.

Actually, I'm rather surprised that Knevil is worried about the "filth", considering he used to be quite the dog himself. However, I can totally understand him being upset about the unauthorized use of him by West. And if he were in any kind of condition, I could see Knevil finding West, and beating the crap out of him.
 
Kanye West is an ass. I can't stand him, the video was crap, and that's why it didn't win best video. So it didn't win best video, that doesn't give Kanye the right to go out and crash the stage at someone's acceptance speech, he'd have a fit if it were the other way around. He's an egotistical ass. Plain and simple.

The awards show GAINED credibility by not giving him the award, not the other way around like he thinks.

that ad he does for the red razor... keeps me from ever getting a razor of any kind. if he promotes something, i won't buy it. that's how much i can't stand the guy

Kenevel took one too many falls. Didn't this video come out like a year ago? What, did he just see it now?

I'm glad Evil is suing Kanye.... that vid sucks and is cheesy as sh*t and he's trying to portray himself as a great legend, like Evil!

I watched a clip where Kanye jumps up onstage and cries like a little spoiled HO because that same video didnt win some kind of european mtv award.... he was stealing the thunder from these two german cats that won (their video was dope) but he arrogantly writes them off and cries like a p*ssy, that his huge million dollar flashy video with pam anderson didnt win..... no class at all....f**k Kanye West

so, an old wife-beating douchebag sues an egotistical marginally-talented douchenozzle... I don't think I'll waste my time.
 
I don't necessarily agree with calling Knevil a douchebag, everybody has problems at one point. By the same token, I certainly wouldn't call West marginally talented.
