Here's my .02:

The first pic is the better of the two. The bright white box in the top left corner of the second pic is distracting...I would either photoshop is out or tighten the frame. The reflections are a bit strange, dull 'em down, bring focus on your subject. In the first one, the bricks on the left side of the girl have a green cast, whereas the bricks on the right have a more reddish cast, more brick-like. Personally I would fix the green ones since it's slightly jarring, mostly on a subconcious level.

Either way, your model looks good, the style of the pic compliments her skin tone, just small details amiss.
