Best websites you've seen which showcase a director

I am building my website and am looking for ideas and inspiration from others work. They don't have to be famous, they don't even have to be a director. I am looking to see how people have laid out their sites, what imagery they used, anything different and interesting to grab the viewer. Mainly I want to see how they link to their work.

By the way, shameless self promotion is totally cool too!

Thanks,
Alex
