Heya! First time posting about this. I personally had VERY VERY little to do with the creative process on this unless you call hosting Wii Bowling parties on work nights til 5 or 6 am keeping everyone who worked so hard on this sane! :) So here it is.

86th Street Studios is very proud to be apart of this combined effort consisting of the main creative heads Brian C. and Brian P. who can be seen "flying" in and out of the commercial. 3D work done in Maya by Brian P. Jordan worked VERY long and hard on this project as well. All editing and special effects, sound effects and all that other jazz done on our production Macs here at 86th Street. Again we were very happy to be able to be apart of this effort, my partner Jordan specifically handling all the editing like a champ in FCP.

Shot on our HVX200 , didnt use the M2 this time :( , green screen and some other fun stuff. So watch it and we hope you LOVE it enough to click the heart button, i think you guys here especially will like it because you guys are able to recognize the hard work these guys put into making it. My hat goes off to them for the diligence!

Thanks alot!

It was a cool spot but its too much like the Slim Jim fairy.

Yeah, I've watched it twice and I have to agree with the Slim Jim fairy thing. The rack focus shot (cupid leaves the frame and then re-enters in a CU) is almost exactly like the Slim Jim commercial.

I admit I didn't think about the connection until I read Aram's response and I still think the commercial stands well on its own.

Nice work.

Our video is creeping up there, so anyone who hasnt watched it please check it out and those who did watch it thanks alot, and those who watched it and loved it and then clicked love it, thanks even more.

If you do love it, please click it and take the few seconds it takes to register please. thanks again, hoping to get enough views and hope enough people love it to actually click love it. thanks again!

Good stuff Cynic! Doritos should include free commercials on DVD in each bag of chips.
