What's golden hour now (MidLantic East, late fall)?

Hello,

Maybe there's a season-independent, geocoord-independent "golden hour" for shooting, but I haven't seen it expressed that way. I'm about to do a shoot this weekend, and would like to take advantage of golden hour lighting for a few shots. Basically, this is in the Washington, DC area: so, when is the golden hour right now (early December) at this latitude?

Thanks!

Around here it's looking pretty great around 8am and 5pm these days, but I suppose it really depends on your lattitude.
