I broke my glasses

yea, its a pain, I've had glasses, had contacts, then glasses, then contacts and now back to glasses. I've thought about Laser treatment many a times, but I'll do it a little later. I like my "nerdy/tech cool guy" I get from having glasses, somehow I feel people might not listen to me as much if I don't wear glasses.

Strange thing is I've seen first hand the "Clarke Kent" ala superman effect, I remember how when I've got glasses on people generally treat me serioulsy, BUT when I wear contacts the same girls I've known before start chatting differently...

P.S Charli, always buy two pairs or more, one for work, one for play, heck you would'nt buy shoes that way :) so why treat glasses any differently. (if you already buy multiples glasses, ignore this tip)

Get lasik, and keep a pair of glasses with zero-corrective lenses handy, to wear when you want that extra 'get taken seriously' boost.

No one must know that I, Henry Kissinger, architect of the Paris Peace Accords, dropped my glasses in a toilet...
