MY FRIEND IS HURT. Can you help analyse the footage???

I have a 220mb clip. Can someone host it for me so we can try and figure out what happened here? He was being pulled over for riding a wheelie on a motorcycle, and speculation is that he was "cut-off" by a good samaritan.... he's in critical condition now. broken arm, fingers, knee is torn open etc... horrible. :zombie_smiley: :crybaby:

0% of it pulling wheelies on public roadways.
