My Website Ya'll!!!!!

Knowing Flash opens a lot of doors as a content creator. I've been using Flash since 3.0 and it's come a VERY long way. When paired with a great layout and used sparingly, it generates great results.

www.gucci.com comes to mind. It's a very nice flash layout, clean and sussinct and takes as much time to load as an HTML-only site.

Very nice. I'm surprised, though. They changed the layout! I was expecting to see the All black one. This one is clean, as well.

yea i just want basically an online portfolio.

ishould make a "Event posters section" i have madea bunch through school for various venues, and our own DVX user films. Bloody mary and Now Katrina.

AH! Your Banner! It just popped into existence. Great looking Banner, y0. And your portfolio works for me! Didn't scan it too much. Is there a montage in there somewhere?

Being that the site is so sussinct, maybe it could benefit from a quicktime video montage as soon as the splash comes up? Right above your name? Just an idea.

i dunno. mark makes directors reels and DP reels for a big company, and tehy want short clips. as opposed to a running montage.

nah, I think a montage is acceptable too. Just that the clips seem to be the thing on the web,. since it's a non-linear medium. We can do a montage as well.

I didn't mean to say replace the clips. Just on the opening page, do a high-quality flash video or something right above the name. So, even if someone doesn't have flash, they can still go into the Cine portion and see clips. If they do, it's an extra treat.

Flash or quicktime. That was just a suggestion! Wooohaa

If I were a client, I'd want to see the mugshot of who I'm hiring. Hey, that's
just me. I like to read content on the first page before I navigate, just in
case I don't want to navigate any further. Just a thought. Hook me in, is what
I'm saying.

yea im gonna make a write up Bio page.

this thing is just like 20% done. theres a buncha movies and Films that have yet ot go up. and then theres the art and Videography sections too.

It's good to see that your arm video is only for your friends, Timmy!
ha ha haha, now that's funny.
