Been there too. One word of advice. Be kind to yourself. It is never truly just one persons actions, but two people's actions that cause the events. Be kind to yourself.
 
And Probably now is a good time to start a short film project. Been in a similar situation, it was during that times that the best stuff I shot and wrote came out.
