Best way to save PSD to jpeg?

I save to jpeg and sometimes the colors don't look the same. For example I adjusted an orange color and then saved the file 3 different times because each time it didn't show the changes I had made?
Should I save for web or edit in Image Ready?

"Save for web" is basically the same thing as using ImageReady to save the image. I'm not sure what you mean by the colors aren't the same... what settings are you using when saving the file?

can you post some examples?

one thing that may cause that is if the image has an embedded color profile, and your Photoshop's color settings are doing something hinky

I can show 2 of the jpegs that were saved but my website host is making some changes. Does dvxuser have space for us now to show photos?
I save to the highest jpegs settings when I save.

Here is an over compressed side by side but you should be able to see the color saturation differences. The left is the corrected profile to sRGB

Very difficult to get good photos because the lighting is like a rock concert but they are moving fast. Really testing my Photoshop skills and teaching alot more.

Hey Milo,

Go to Edit > Color Settings and then click the advance check mark and post a screen grab of that. I'll take a look and see if it looks wrong or not.

How do ya do a screen grab? (PC)....nevermind.....I'll be posting the grab soon.
Thanks
This is from my laptop and I wil be checking my desktop setting next.

I went to convert to profile and changed my destination space from "Working CMYK - U.S. Web Coated (swop) v2" to sRGB. That's what the help search in ImageReady told me to do. I shoot in Raw with my Olympus Evolt 500 but if I didn't then I am not sure what color settings to use in camera?

Actually, the only thing that looks weird... and really weird... is where it says "Intent." It should be set to "Perceptual." That would probably fix your problem...
