What would be the benefit of going with the PNY Quadro FX 1500 128MB PCI-E versus the similarly priced BFG GeForce 8800GTS 640MB PCI-E for someone like myself who does video editting with Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop and some minor 3d modeling?

It seems that the Quadro FX cards are "preferred" for applications like After Effects, but from my rather "green" understanding of video card specs, it justs seems to me the 8800GTS has much more to offer. So I thought I would ask what the main differences are between these two similarly priced cards for someone like myself who does zero gaming and only uses such video editting applications and does some 3d stuff on the side. Thanks.

Get the Quadro, It wont do 3D rendering, but after effects doesnt Actually do true 3d rendering either. The Quadro will render much faster.
