I read this thread a couple times and deleted my social commentary a couple times... without watching the video. I figured if I added a comment I should watch it.
Hmm... stupid... just... stupid... but it does appear that the PS3 is built well! Maybe those dopes should practice on a toaster first... or get a bigger hammer. Put that thing on end and use a Sledge-O-Matic for crap's sake!
The guy put a lot more thought into the cheezy pimp costume then the freakin' money shot... which is lame.
Also I gotta' say that I'm amused that anybody here would see a difference in smashing something we love versus smashing somebody else's love-thang. Call it a toy or a tool or whatever... it's still flying the bird to everybody else who was saving to get that thing... not that I care, but I can see where other people might.
EDIT: Okay seriously... if somebody smashes a camera, be sure to put it on end so we can see the Sledge-O-Matic coming in... and be sure to use the video out to a seperate recording device. This is going to have to be at least a 2.5 camera shoot.
Also... here's a note to the dopes who smash the PS3, X-Box, etc... don't wear a costume that says "I'm trying to be cool"... dress like a super clean-cut, young stockbroker or something... like a really nice suit (or a nice suit with geeky touches such as high-water pants) and then be sure to have a geek hairstyle... like a greasy comb-over with a side part... and THEN come out with the Sledge-O-Matic...
